Clause confusion – using semi-colons

A matching game with a focus on using semi-colons to mark boundaries between independent clauses. Cut up the clauses and lay them face down for children to match in a game of pelmanism. Alternatively, hand out a clause to each child and challenge them to walk the room to find their matching partner.
