Building resilience

This wellbeing resource is designed to help children understand what resilience is, why they need it and how they can build it for themselves. It includes a fact sheet, worksheet questions and answers.

Here's an example from this resource:

Is resilience about how you think?

Your ‘emotional wellbeing’ (how you feel) is very important. Having a positive attitude (thinking about the good in things) can make you feel more positive and build resilience.

Tip: At the end of every day, think of three things that have made you smile.
