Teachit Refund and Cancellation policy

Subscriptions

In order to be eligible for a refund for a subscription, you must not have downloaded subscriber-only content from the ‘start date’ (the time that you took out your subscription).

If you have not logged in, or downloaded free content only from your subscriber account, you will be eligible for a refund. This will be processed within five working days of receipt of your request, and it can take up to ten working days for the refund to be processed by the bank. The money will be refunded back to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Eligibility for refunds are time-limited to 30 calendar days from your purchase date. After this date we are unable to process a refund for a subscription.

If you wish to cancel your subscription (without a refund), you can do this at any time. Please contact our customer support team at support@teachit.co.uk who will be happy to arrange this for you.

If you have any questions about refunds for subscribers, please contact us at support@teachit.co.uk.

Physical products (eg posters)

In order to be eligible for a refund, please return your product to us within 30 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, and not be damaged in any way. We will not recompense post and packing for the return.

Once the product has been received, if it is in the appropriate condition, we will issue a refund within five working days. Please allow up to ten working days for the refund to be processed by the bank. The money will be refunded back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
