Letter of complaint
In this resource, two examples of bad service provide the background to writing formal letters of complaint. The bad experiences are: a dodgy dining experience and a failed shopping trip. Children use the informal information provided and turn it into a formal letter of complaint in each case. A great letter writing task for upper KS2.
