Formal letter of complaint
A fun formal letter writing activity based on a restaurant complaint. It includes an example letter of a complaint for children to read and then reply to, in a formal and professional manner, as the manager of the restaurant. This resource includes prompts and checklists for children to follow in order to complete each step of the activity.
